Data Base Administrator


Job Description


  • Responsible for verifying and implementing the detailed technical design solution to the problem as identified by the Project/Technical Manager. Often responsible for providing a detailed technical design for enterprise solutions. Is often the Principal Consultant who can analyze and develops enterprise technology solutions
  • Manage the Pharmacy Databases and maintain web services and responsible for full computerization of pharmacy and management tools.
  • Regularly leads in the technical assessment and delivery of specific technical solutions. Provides a team structure conducive to high performance, and manages the team lifecycle stages.
  • Coordinates implementation of new installations, designs, and migrations for technology solutions in one of the following work domains: networks, applications or platforms.
  • Responsible for developing the e commerce capabilities and maintain online store for pharmacy products.
  • Provides advanced technical consulting and advice to others on proposal efforts, solution design, system management, tuning and modification of solutions.
  • Collects and determines data from appropriate sources to assist in determining Pharmacy needs and requirements.
  • Engages in technical problem solving across multiple technologies; often needs to develop new methods to apply to the situation.
  • Owns and manages knowledge sharing within a community (e.g. team, practice, or project). Ensures team members support knowledge sharing and re-use requirements of project.
  • Proactively encourages membership and contributions of others to professional community and coaches others in area of expertise. Regularly produces internally published material such as knowledge briefs, service delivery kit components and modules, etc. presents at multi-customer technology conferences.
  • Creates and supports sales activities. Manages bids, or major input into the sales lifecycle. Manages activities and provides qualitative and quantitative information for successful sales. Produces complete proposals for smaller engagements within area of expertise. Actively grows Pharmacy portfolio with existing customers through new opportunities and change management. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications


Education and Experience Required: +5 years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study;


Knowledge and Skills Required


Minimum 5 years of experience in providing production database administration supporting Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012/2014 on Windows platform

  • Strong skills in SQL database administration supporting large database environments.
  • Proficient in Database installation, configuration on Windows platforms.
  • Advanced Database performance tuning and troubleshooting skills both at server and at database level.
  • Experience in database install, upgrade, plan and execute critical migration projects.
  • Well versed with Database optimizer changes, database internals and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Covering all administrative tasks, such as planning and building new servers, database disk management, backup and restore, user account and data security management, capacity planning.
  • Work with infrastructure team on upgrades, patching and resolution of cross functional issues. Participate in application audits, adhere to the internal standards.
  • Experience with standard database monitoring tools.
  • Good communication and presentation skills and be able to interact with multiple teams at various levels.

Pharmacy Technician


JOB DESCRIPTION


We are excepting Resumes for Full Time Billing, Data Entry, and Dispensing Technicians. Pharmacy Positions for Billing, Data Entry and Dispensing Technicians: 40 hour/week Weekends Holiday’s shifts


Job Requirements:


Data Entry:


Working alongside Pharmacist and Answering telephone /respond to questions or requests. Receiving written /faxed prescriptions or refill requests and verify that the information is complete and accurate. Daily entry of new admits, new orders, refills.


Billing:


Answering telephone, respond to questions or request, daily medical billing for all insurance plans.


Dispensing:


  • Working alongside Pharmacist fill prescriptions, compounding, and setting up delivery of prescriptions.
  • Indiana Pharmacy Technician License Required.
  • 1 year pharmacy experience required/ 3 or more years’ experience preferred
  • Multi-Tasking skills Ability to interact in a fast pace environment.
  • Basic Math Skills

Education:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Licensed and Registered Pharmacy Technician Certified in State of Florida, CPHT
  • Working knowledge of Pharmacy tasks, or a demonstrated technical aptitude and an ability to quickly learn new systems.

Job duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible to analyze, prioritize, plan and implement Pharmaceutical process and conduct validation or qualification tests of new or existing processes, equipment, or software for pharmacy management tools in accordance with internal protocols or external standards applying his knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems.
  • Responsible to evaluate requests for new or modified programs and determine compatibility with current systems and computer capabilities.
  • Apply knowledge of engineering and Pharmaceutical manufacturing and Assist with planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of logistics initiatives involved in pharmacy order management and reverse distribution.
  • Manage teams of pharmacy technicians by creating schedules, tracking inventory, creating and using budgets, and overseeing contract obligations and deadlines.
  • Analyzing the impact of pharmaceutical waste on the environment and providing the knowledge with proper disposition of the recalled/outdated pharmaceuticals for healthcare, individual pharmacies and Long-term care facilities.
  • Providing the logistical process data on unused RXs and develop feedback loops for greater compliance and outcomes analysis and also provide total closed loop processing for the pharma industry.
  • Assuring the Pharmacies/Hospitals are complaint with Environmental and regulatory bodies such as New York Board of Pharmacy, EPA, FDA, DEA, &OSHA.
  • Centralizing outdated drugs into a finite number of warehouses which can be monitored for regulatory compliance for Pharmaceutical and Medical device industries.
  • Planned strategy to ensure efficient management of outdated drugs removal from the market in a controlled, systematic fashion resulting in reduced diversion possibilities.
  • Maintaining Solid infrastructure in place for potential national Medical and Pharmaceutical consumer take-back program
  • Involved in examining the core competency process in receipt, documentation, and proper disposal of outdated drugs and recalled products by Pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • Strategize human resource requirements and allotments for on-site and off-site services for Retail/Institutional Pharmacies, LTC, Other indirect customers, etc.
  • Advise and assist in the application of instrumentation in clinical environments.

Education Qualifications:


A graduate degree in the life sciences (Bachelor’s in pharmacy., M.S in Pharmaceutical Engineering, or PharmD) or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Experience and Skills Required:


Experience to include M.S Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of Pharmaceutical experience, OR M.S. with a minimum of (3) years of relevant experience;

  • Ability to apply both theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specified knowledge in pharmacy and controlled clinical environments.
  • Having regulatory knowledge related to regulatory bodies such as New York Board of Pharmacy, EPA, FDA, DEA, &OSHA.
  • Ability to complaint the business process with 21 CFR Part 11, 210, 211, 820, LIMS, AERS, RTM, Audit trials, GAP analysis, Implement Validation Master Plan, IQ, OQ, PQ, Validation Summary Report, Cleaning validation, GxP’s, ISO Standards
  • Working familiarity with Over the Counter (OTC) regulations;
  • Substantial experience with multitasking in a deadline controlled and highly regulated environment;
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing;
  • Team and customer orientation;
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Access);
  • Successful track record in contributing to/managing cross- functional environment.
  • Ability to accommodate changes and communicate them effectively; and Results oriented;
